We take pride in providing high-quality cheerleading supplies to support athletes and teams across Australia. While our products do not carry a specific manufacturer’s warranty, we are committed to ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition and function as intended. (Please note that the Tumbl Trak Fly Right does come with Tumbl Traks 2 year Warranty. Please see their website here or email us for more information).
Manufacturing Faults & Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
To organise a replacement:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item
Please note: Wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging

Return postage is at the customer’s expense

You will also be responsible for covering the postage cost of the replacement item and any difference in product price
To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee (e.g. it is faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn't match the description), you are entitled to a refund or replacement as required by law.
